摘要
本研究应用激光全息干涉法测量新鲜骨材料泊松比的方法和装置,用双曝光法测量了新鲜人体下颌骨皮质骨沿牙轴方向和牙科常用基托材料 PMMA 的泊松比,并开发应用微机光笔图象分析系统处理全息图象,较之传统的方法更为简便,快速和精确。由于激光全息干涉法具有无损、非接触式测量和灵敏度高的特点,不受新鲜骨内含水份和油脂的影响,其测量结果更接近在体骨。对于新鲜骨来说,这是一种非常适合、有效和精确的光力学实验方法。
In this paper,used double-exposure holographic interferometry was used for measuringthe Poisson′sratio values of fresh cortical bone of mandible in the long axis of teeth andPMMA.The hologram of interference fringe is handled with the picture analyse systemof photo-pen microcomputer.The measurement process of hologram is fast,simple andconvenient;the measuring results are accurate.The laser holographic interferometry isnondestructive,noncontact and sensitive and not affected by the water and fat of freshbone.For fresh bone,it is a very suitable,useful and accurate testing method.
