摘要
介绍了一种新型的螺旋压力机加工尺寸在线监控系统，建立了监控数学模型，设计了监控方案、系统硬件及软件。该系统具有监控精度高、反应速度快、能适应恶劣的工作环境，稳定性好、非接触无损监控的特点和尺寸超差报警的功能。
In this paper,a new kind of on line monitoring system of product sizes of spiral press is introduced.The mathematical model of monitoring is proposed.The monitoring scheme,system hardware and software are designed.The accuracy of the monitoring system is high.The monitoring system reacts rapidly and runs stably,and can work in serious environment and warn the user when the sizes exceed the tolerances.The monitoring process is untouched and undamaged.
