摘要 对在XW6-59型短幅针摆减速机上用圆弧齿廓摆轮代替短幅摆轮进行了试验研究。试验表明摆轮替代是可行的。减速机的承载能力增大,效率提高,噪声降低,运转平稳。有良好的经济效益。 Circular arc epicyclic speed reducer is a new speed reducer with high performance.The experimental study of the model speed reducer in this article proves that it is possible to chang XW6 59 short size cycloidal curve wheel to circular arc planet swing wheel.And this speed reducer possesses big bearing capacity,high efficiency,low noise and smooth running.So it has high econimic efficiency and can save cost of development of new products.
