摘要
研究了水性环氧乳液对水泥砂浆的吸水率、干缩率、黏结性能和抗蚀性能的影响,并在体系中加入粉煤灰,成功制备出性能优良的环氧乳液改性水泥砂浆。结果表明,复掺乳液和粉煤灰的试样性能优于单掺环氧乳液或粉煤灰,乳液的固化交联成膜和粉煤灰的微集料效应、密实效应、填充效应大大改善了水泥砂浆的性能。
Effect of epoxy latex on water absorption rate, drying shrinkage rate, bond property and corrosion resistance was investigated by doping epoxy emulsion to conventional cement mortar, and the epoxy-modified mortar were successfully prepared by addition of fly ash.The results show that the performance of compositely adding emulsion and fly ash were superior to singly adding samples, in addition, the curing cross-linked film-forming of emulsion and the micro-aggregate effect, concentrating effect and filling effect of fly ash improved the performance of mortar very obviously.
