从广义应力的随机性和广义强度的模糊性出发,提出了汽车离合器中膜片式弹簧模糊可靠度计算的数学模型,通过实例计算,得到模糊可靠度为0.98,应而利用该模型能使设计过程更加全面准确地反映实际工作状况。

Foundation of the mathematics model of the Fuzzy-reliability design of the Diaphragm Spring in the clutch of the vehicle is derived from the randomness of generalized stress and the fuzziness of generalized intensity in the paper. The Fuzzy-reliability of the Diaphragm Spring in the clutch is 0.98 by calculating example. The mathematics model of the Fuzzy-reliability design made the designing process embody the actual working conditions more aceurately.
