宽带通信网的拥塞控制是流量控制(称为业务量管理)的一个重要组成部分,拥塞控制既要保证网络不发生拥塞,又要提高带宽的利用率.通过对宽带网络中各种拥塞控制功能和实现策略的研究,指出了网络流量的高突发性以及不可预测的网络时延,应是控制算法设计中的难点,而提高网络利用率,综合、公平性是研究的最终目的.

The control of jam of the broadband of network is an important part of the flow rate - control （so - called work - rate management ）. The control of jan is not only to guarantee the influence of the network , but also to higher the use - rate of the band - width. This paper has discussed all kinds of function of jam - control and its realized strategy and pointed out that the jam of rate of flow takes place high , which causes the stage of the network, should be the difficult point of the design of the arithmetic of the control , aiming at improving the use - rate of the network and synthesizing the equilibrium of all aspects of network.
