According to the needs of the industry of beating ring blank, a kind of automatic charging and packing line for bearing ring blank based on PLC and frequency converter was designed, the components and the electric controlling design proposal were analyzed, the design scheme of reliability was proposed. The production line had advantages of high automatic level, high packaging quality and efficiency, and had a satisfactory application future.
