摘要
本文报道了邻苯二甲酰-L-谷氨酸及其α-甲酯的合成。各步产率均高于文献值。化合物Ⅳ和Ⅴ的比旋光度未见报道。
The synthesis of phthalyl-L-glutamic acid and its α-methyl ester
were described. The yields of each step were higher than in literature. The specific
rotations of compound Ⅳ and Ⅴ were unreported.
