Advancement on Virulence Genes of Ankylosing Spondylitis

遗传因素是强直性脊柱炎的主导致病因素,HLA-B27和其他相关基因是参与强直性脊柱炎发病的重要遗传因素。本文综述了 HLA-B27、肿瘤坏死因子-α、热休克蛋白70-hom、白细胞介素-1及其他基因与强直性脊柱炎发病的关系的研究进展,为其诊断、预防和有效治疗提供新的思路。

The genetic factor plays a critical role in the morbidity of ankylosing spondylitis, including HLA-B27 nd other related genes. This article overviews the relationship of the hereditary factors, such as HLA-B27, tumor necrosis factor-α, heat shock protein 70-hom, interleukin-1 etc. with ankylosing spondylitis. It can head lights on new ideas about diagnosis, prophylaxis, and effective therapy of ankylosing spondylitis.
