花粉变应原的分离与鉴定

摘要 花粉变应原的分离与鉴定是研究花粉变应原性的基础,同时也是建立变应原标准定量方法以实现花粉变应原制剂标准化的前提。在花粉症的其他防治研究中,花粉变应原的分离与鉴定可为分子诊断方法的建立、低致敏性重组变应原疫苗、肽段疫苗及 DNA 疫苗的研究奠定良好的基础,也有利于特异性免疫治疗机制的阐明。因此,花粉变应原的分离和鉴定对花粉症及其防治研究具有重要意义。 Separation and identification of pollen allergens is a key point in studying allergenic property, and the basis of allergen of quantification method to realize standardization of allergen preparation. In the preventive and therapeutic views, the results and information obtained from the separation and identifica- tion of allergen can not only contribute greatly to development in such as 'molecular diagnosis methods', hypoallergenic recombinant vaccine, peptide vaccine and DNA vaccine but also benefit to elucidating the mechanism of specific immunotherapy. In conclusion, the study of separating and identifying pollen allergens has great significance to the understanding of hay fever.
