白塞病血管炎发生机制的研究进展

Research Development of Vasculitis in Behcet's Disease

白塞病是以非特异性血管炎为主要病理特点的自身免疫性疾病,可以累及多系统脏器.其发病机制尚未明确。本文就近年来国内外白塞病血管炎发病机制的研究进展做一综述,重点介绍血管内皮细胞、氧化应激状态、一氧化氯三者在炎症状态下参与引起血管炎症的作用及其互相影响的机制。

Behcet＇s disease （BD） is an autoimmune disease characterized by non-specific vasculitis which affects multi-system organs. However, the etiology is still unknown. Literatures about recent development on mechanism of BD＇s vasculitis are reviewed here, focusing on endothelial cell, oxidative stress, and nitric oxide which are the major factors involved in the pathogenesis of BD＇s vasculitis.
