随着我国经济和社会的全面发展,东北农村地区的劳动地域分工、经济地域运动发生了深刻的变化,主要表现为农村地区所承载的社会劳动种类在不断增加,农村经济地域运动呈现新的整合态势;同时也应看到,在与城市发展的比较中,东北农村地区的发展明显处于劣势地位,而且原有的农村区域优势已经不再是进一步发展的优势了。因此,必须认真规划东北县域农村地区经济发展的思路。
