试谈国有企业发展循环经济的原因及对策

我国国有企业掌握着国民经济命脉,为我国现代化建设提供强大的物质技术基础,但也存在对资源高开采,低利用,对环境造成比较大地破坏等问题,所以从节约资源,保护环境,可持续发展等方面考虑,应推行发展循环经济。国有企业发展循环经济,应强调制定执行相关的法律法规,政府通过相关政策进行引导,国有企业要进行技术改造和创新,职工应全员参与,发展生态工业园区等。

The nationalized enterprises control the lifeblood of the national economy, and supply a strong base of material and technology for our country＇ s modernization. But there also exist the problems that we exploit a lot of resources, but we use them so little that the environment is greatly damaged. In order to save the resources, to protect the environment and to sustain the economic development, we should lay down and execute some laws and regulations in order to develop the cycling economy. And the government should guide the enterprises through the execution of the policies, the nationalized enterprises should innovate the technology all the staffmembers should participate the innovation and they should develop the ecological industrial zones.
