Building a new socialist countryside is an essential respect of the scientific concept of development. To build the new socialist countryside, development should be put the first emphasis, building modem human- oriented agriculture and exerting farmers＇ leading role, which will contribute to sustainable development of countryside, promoting mutual development of rural and urban area.
