Investigation and Research of Teachers College Students' Career Value

本研究以师范大学生为被试,初步分析影响师范类大学生职业价值观的主要因素,确定当前在师范类大学生职业价值系统中各种职业价值因素的排序,同时进行性别、年级、学科比较。

The investigation is based on the teachers college students. The main factors of influencing the career value of teachers college students were analysed. The article shows the taxis of all kinds of career value factors that locate the system of the teachers college students at present. The ingredients of grade, gender and subject were compared.
