甘草及其制剂中甘草酸含量的高效液相色谱测定法

DETERMINATION METHOD OF GLYCYRRHIZIN IN RADIX GLYCURRHIZAE AND ITS PREPARATION BY HPLC

本文拟定了一种测定甘草酸含量的HPLC方法。用Shimpack ODS,6mm×150mm柱作为分离柱,甲醇—36%醋酸—水(73:5:22)为流动相,UV254nm检测,样品组分得到很好的分离。对1种甘草和6种含甘草的中成药或浸膏进行了分析,方法快速、简单、分析结果比较精密。样品测定的同时还对提取方法进行了考察。

Glycyrrhizin is one of the pharmacologically active compone- nts in Radix Glycyrrhizae. The paper re- portes the determenation method of Gly- cyrrhizin using HPLC, in order to control it's quantity in the preparations of Radix Glycyrrhizae. The sample was separated by column Shimpack ODS, 6×150mm, methanol-36% acetic acid-water (73:5:22) as the mobile phase, detected at 254 nm. One kind of Radix Clycyrrhizae and 6 preparations was determinated. The me- thod of sample treatment was inverstiga- ted simultaneously. The determination method is simple, rapid and accurate.
