The great difference of different languages in language struture, language background, thinking way and expressing way, results in that the course of translating is not only a shift of languages, but also a cross - cultural communitive behavour. As a translater, there are a lot of problems should be paid attention to. This paper has made an analysis and summary on these problems from the view of translating theory, and gives some instructive suggestions, aim of it is to be of instruction for people who want to develop in the translating field .
