经历了千年风雨后,大学成为现代社会中最重要的组织机构之一,并且其重要性仍在与日俱增。在现代社会里,大学被誉为人类社会发展的"动力站",已经政治化,市场化,功利化了。早期的大学精神如何?大学精神又是如何失落的呢?又该如何重塑大学精神呢?要回答这些问题,必须从回顾大学精神的历史入手,进而对当代大学精神作一个全面了解,明确大学定位,把握好学术权力与行政权力的尺度,建立多样化的大学精神。

After rains and winds of a thousand year, the college has became on of the most important orgnizations in modem society, and its importance is growing day by day. In modem society, the college is called the power station of the development of human being society, which has been politicized, marketed and uticitified. What is the early college spir- it？ How did it lose？ And how to reconstruct it？ To answer these questions, we must begin with the retrospection of the history of the college spirit, then make a fully understanding of the current college spirit, know the orientation of colleges, well grasp the level of academical power and administrative power, and establish variegated college spirit.
