Quality-oriented Education and Training of Scientific Research Ability of Physical Teachers

阐述了体育教师要转变观念,树立体育科研意识和自觉性;对体育教师要进行科研基础知识的培训,并创设体育科研的氛围。

This paper makes an analysis of the connotation in physical research ability. At the same timc, it puts forwards new requirements to physical teachers. Three tactics are mainly discussed on the basis： 1. ideological transformation, settling the idea aud awareness; 2. basic knowledge traning; 3. atmosphere creation.
