贞观廉政思想及其当代意义探究

The Study of the Honest Government Thought of Zhenguan of Tang Dynasty and Its Modern Significance

"历览前贤国与家,成由勤俭败由奢。"这条千年古训不仅揭示了一个政权主体成功的施政经验,而且体现了中华民族的优良传统。文章从权力的变异及腐败着手,并从历史唯物主义角度出发,引出了贞观廉政思想。并同历史上以往执政方式的比较得出了贞观廉政的特征,即循循善诱与严惩不贷相结合;上行下效与严格考课制度相结合。最后,联系国际国内形势及我国廉政建设任务和状况,尤其是胡锦涛同志"八荣八耻"的社会主义荣辱观和新时期的施政理念,借鉴贞观廉政建设的经验,总结出其对我国当代廉政建设的意义。

＂Hardworking and thrifty is the reason for victory while extravagance leads to the country＇s ruin. This is the good lessons from the ancient tyrants. ＂This ancient maxism not only reveals the governing experience of the system govemment, but also embodies Chinese people＇s tradition. Dealing with the power variation and corruption in the article, on the historical materialism view, we result in the ideology of the honest government of Zhenguan . In comparison with the otherways of goveming in history, the article summarizes some characters of the honest govemment of Zhenguan, namely, combing good alluring step by step with punishing severely; the models of governor＇ s good behavior and making on - the - spot investigation strictly. Finally, associating with the strategy home and abroad, as well as the task and situation of the honest government building, together with ＂Eight Honours, Eight Disgraces＂ recently drawing support from the experience of Zhenguan＇s honest govemment building , it sums up the significance of Zhenguan＇ s honest government to our country＇ s modem honest government building.
