打牢基础为“亮剑”——日照港公安局消防支队“三基建设”巡礼

＂Three-Base Construction＂ of Public Fire Brigade of Rizhao Port Goes on Well

去年以来，日照港公安局消防支队认真贯彻落实公安部党委“抓基层、打基础、苦练基本功”的战略部署，确立了“以服务在先的工作理念带动队伍的正规化建设，以创建平安港口为契机推动基础建设，以消防专业实战为主才促进岗位大练兵”的发展思路，通过一年来的奋力拼搏，支队“三基建设”呈现山重点突破、整体推进、全面发展的良好态势，取得了明显的阶段性成果。2006年9月，交通部公安局在曰照召开了“全国交通公安机关‘三基’工程建设现场会”。会议期间，全国交通公安机关的100多名局、处长就港航消防“三基建设”专门到日照港公安局消防支队进行了调研，并给于了高度评价。

Since last year, the public fire brigade of Rizhao Port has been making efforts to implement the ＂Three-Base Construction＂ issued by the Department of Public Security, i.e. ＂focusing on the baseevel construction, laying the foundations, and improving the basic abilities.＂ So far, the implementation has been going on well, with evident achievements made and a practical road for local developmentfound.
