自山东省公安消防总队部署开展“万人百项”大练兵活动以来，崂山消防大队紧扣工作实际、突出练兵重点。不断在落实上下功夫、求实效、求发展，通过建立“三个机制”、做好“两个保障”、突出“一个特点”，确保大练兵活动取得明显成效，部队战斗力得到显着提升。

After the public fire brigade of Shandong province deployed the activity of ＂Wide Drill＂, the public fire brigade of Laoshan, taking into consideration of the local conditions, made great efforts to put this activity into performance. By setting up Three Mechanisms＂, standing by＂Two Guarantees＂, and stressing on ＂One Feature＂, Laoshan public fire brigade ensures the quality of the drill and achieves considerable improvement of its firefighting capability.
