建筑工程消防验收合格率低的原因及对策

Reasons for the Low Passing Rate of Fire-Control Acceptance Check of Construction Projects ＆ the Countermeasures

近几年来，笔者主要从事建筑工程消防验收及检查工作，在对大型公共建筑、高层建筑、易燃易爆工程等消防审核验收中，经常遇到消防验收一次合格率低、留下火灾隐患甚至是重大火灾隐患的问题，值得全社会高度重视．

Problems are listed that gen- erally exist in large-scale public buildings, high-rise buildings, people-intensified places, and inflammable and explosive dangerous projects. The author analyzes the reasons for the low passing rate of fire-control acceptance check of these projects and brings forward the countermeasures to strengthen the fire-control management of construction projects.
