摘要
新疆实施学前民汉双语教育有利于推广国家通用语言,加强国家认同,有利于促进各民族教育均衡发展,有利于少数民族的文化传承,是新疆构建和谐社会、推动各地区文化经济均衡发展的重要政策与途径。不仅国家下拨专项经费大力支持,新疆为推动学前双语教育也投入了大量资源与资金,政府加大了对学前双语教育的领导与宣传,编制出版了适应本区发展需要的学前双语教材,建设了少数民族双语师资培养体系,积极推动了民汉合园。今后,应进一步明确少数民族双语教育的价值取向,加强对少数民族学前双语教育的理论研究,积极利用远程教育资源,科学制定学前双语教师标准,以保证学前民汉双语教育的质量。
Preschool bilingua 1 education in Xinjiang has multi culture. Learning Chinese is just not learning another kind of -senses in politics, education, and language union of the whole country, the even development of different parts , but also contributes to realize the of Xinjiang and the inheritance of minority's culture. With the central government's great supports, Xinjiang has made much progress on preschool bilingual education while there are still many problems to be solved, such as the value orientation, the standards of teachers, and the science researches of such education.
