用SOI-Gel法制备Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O(7-δ)及超导电性

摘要 Y2O3、Ba2CO3;CuO作原料,将其制成相应的硝酸盐,利用柠檬酸强的蛰合作用,可以制得完、钡、铜稳定的配位化合物,形成溶胶,蒸发溶剂之后形成凝胶,加热到300℃时凝胶自燃,系统转变成Y2O3、Ba2CO3;CuO的超细粉体,经均匀混合后,压成413×1.5mm圆片,在930℃左右制成_1Ba_2Cu_3O(7-δ)超导体,经测试其零电阻转变温度为90.9K。 Y2O3, BaCO3 and CuO are used as raw Materials and made into correspending nitrate.stable coordination compound of Y. Ba and Cu is prepared through strong chelation effect of citricacid. The compound form sol, and then it becomes gel after burning of f solvent. The gel becomesSelf-Combustion when it is heated upto 300℃. Then the system turns into Y2O3, BaO and CuOUltrafine powder. It is pressed as 13×1. 5mm circle slice a fter mixing homogeneously and issintered into Y1Ba2Cu3O7-δ Superconductor at about 930℃. The transformation temperature ofzero-resistance is 90. 9k.
