极化聚合物光波导特性的研究

Research On the Parameters of Polaring Polymer Optical Waveguides

采用高速旋涂与电晕极化方式制备了平板极化聚合物光波导，对其特性进行了研究，用导模m线法对光波导特性参数进行了测试、计算，测试结果与理论计算符合良好。

The polar polymer planar optical waveguide was made by high-speed spin-coating andcorona polar methods. It's properties were studied, The waveguide character parameters weremeasured and calculated with m- lines method- The measured results are in good agreement withtheoretical compation.
