摘要
1500t/h滚筒式混匀取料机用于武汉钢铁公司,其料耙初始设计的自重达32t,因较大的自重惯性力使料耙传动系统在工作当中常出故障。经用有限元法进行结构分析,并用非线性规划搜索最优设计方案,成功地把重量减少了近1/3。
