X射线数字成像是一项新兴的无损检测技术。本文概述了X射线数字成像技术的发展、特点、设备、成像技术、检测工艺和可行性分析以及应用情况。
The X-ray figure image is a new technique of nondestuctive testing. In this paper,its development, characteristic, equipment. image technique, testing technique, analysisof validity and the practical essays are described.
