摘要
设计了一种微小型动力泵——微型单杆螺旋泵,它利用螺杆在液体中旋转时产生螺旋泵送效应来实现流体输运。初步的理论分析和实验研究结果表明:对于确定几何形状参数的矩形螺杆螺旋泵,其输出流量与螺杆转速和背压基本上成线性关系;其最高背压与流体粘度、螺杆转速近似成正比。试制的微小型螺旋泵外形尺寸(包括微电机)为直径8mm,长40mm;重10g,额定功率消耗0.3W;最高背压可达240mmH2O,最大流量为100ml/minH2O。
In this paper,a miniaturized screw pump is illustrated.The results obtained from theoretical analysis and experimental research show that the pumps flow rate is nearly linear with both the rotating speed of the screw and the back pressure,and the pumps maximum back pressure is directly proportional to the viscosity of liquid and the rotating speed of the screw.The pump,which is 8mm in diameter and 40mm in length and 10g in weight,can generate a flow rate up to 100ml/min and the maximum back pressure of 240mmH 2O respectively.
