摘要
本文阐述金属切削摩擦学过程,分析了MCF-1~3新型润滑切削液的使用性能及其应用效果,针对柴油机缸体自动化加工大流量切削液的特点及成功经验,又研制了MCT-1~3新型润滑切削液再生的F-8326添加剂。实践表明高效MCT-1~3新型润滑切削液及其废液再生的研制是成功的。可以提高加工质量,大大降低成本,改善了环境污染。
This paper describes the tribological process of metal cutting,analyzes the operating properties of MCT1~3 Coolant,a new type of lubricating coolant,and introduces a recently developed F8326 Addictive which can be used to regenerate MCT1~3coolant and thus make significant savings in the coolant for the automatic processing of diesel engine cylinder bodies.The practice has confirmed the success of this development,which has brought about improved processing performance,much lower cost and a lesspolluted environment.
