MCT-1~3 高效合成润滑切削液及其废液再生研究

摘要 本文阐述金属切削摩擦学过程,分析了MCF-1~3新型润滑切削液的使用性能及其应用效果,针对柴油机缸体自动化加工大流量切削液的特点及成功经验,又研制了MCT-1~3新型润滑切削液再生的F-8326添加剂。实践表明高效MCT-1~3新型润滑切削液及其废液再生的研制是成功的。可以提高加工质量,大大降低成本,改善了环境污染。 This paper describes the tribological process of metal cutting,analyzes the operating properties of MCT1~3 Coolant,a new type of lubricating coolant,and introduces a recently developed F8326 Addictive which can be used to regenerate MCT1~3coolant and thus make significant savings in the coolant for the automatic processing of diesel engine cylinder bodies.The practice has confirmed the success of this development,which has brought about improved processing performance,much lower cost and a lesspolluted environment.
