摘要
分析了颗粒复合对氮化硅基陶瓷复合材料的火花放电加工性及切削性能所起的作用。研究发现,加入过渡金属的氮化物或混合加入在增加复合材料的导电性及提高切削性能上比单独加入碳化物具有更大的优势。
The effect of particles on the electrical discharge machining (EDM) and cutting property of silicon nitride-based composites was analyzed. It has been proved that the introduction of nitrides of transition metals in the silicon nitride was better than that of carbides in the aspects of electrical conductivity and cutting property.
