摘要
对ZA65合金及SiCP/ZA65复合材料的退火组织进行不同温度,不同应变速率拉伸试验研究。结果表明,ZA65和SiCP/ZA65在其固相线温度附近具有高应变速率超塑性(HSRS),且SiCP/ZA65最佳温度低于ZA65。在试验的应变速率范围内,大的应变速率有利于最大断后伸长率的提高。
The tension behaviors of annealed ZA65 alloy and SiCP/ZA65 composites were studied at different temperatures and strain rates. The results have shown that near solidus temperature, ZA65 and SiCP/ZA65 all had high strain rate superplasticity (HSRS). Meanwhile the optimum temperature of SiCP/ZA65 was lower than that of ZA65. High stain rate was beneficial to the increment of elongation to failure within the scope of strain rate used.
