摘要
ZA27合金中加入不同含量的Al-Ti-B变质剂,考察其对ZA27合金组织、力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,变质剂明显细化枝晶组织,促使组织均匀,力学性能提高。在油润滑条件下,变质剂明显改善了合金的耐磨性。综合来看,加入1.0%的变质剂最为合适。
The effects of Al-Ti-B inoculant on microstructures, mechanical properties and friction behaviors of ZA27 alloy were investigated by addition of different amount of inoculant. It was found that Al-Ti-B inoculant had obvious grain refinement efficiency and could improve the mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy. Under condition of oil lubrication, the inoculant increased friction coefficient a little,but improved friction-resistance notable. To obtain best comprehensive properies addition of 1 % Al-Ti-B inoculant is more proper.
