摘要
基于Leary-Wubbels提出的人际交往模型,本研究考察了北京市4848名中小学生对其班主任教师交往风格的觉知。结果表明:中小学教师在师生交往中既表现出明显的高支配性与控制力,又具明显的友善性与亲和力;中小学教师的交往风格主要表现为四种类型,即规范管理型、温和放任型、亲近威严型与冷漠专制型。
Based on Leary's model of interpersonal interaction, this study investigated 4848 students perceptions of interpersonal interaction style of the teachers in charge of their classes in Beijing. The results show that the teachers are highly dominant on one side; while very friendly on the other side in the interaction with students. There are four interaction styles, which are rule-oriented, tolerant and indulging, kind and authoritative, and indifferent and autarchy.
