个人最佳受教育年限决策的模型分析

摘要 运用数理经济学方法,在人力资本理论基础上,构建一个简化数理模型,描述理性个体如何决策其受教育年限以获得最大化收益的内在机制。指出在工资水平与个人人力资本正相关条件下,存在着个人最佳的受教育年限,以及个人最佳受教育年限与初始个人人力资本水平之间的关系。 This paper constructs a simplified mathematical model based on manpower capital theory to describe the internal mechanism of how a rational individual makes decision about his education years for maximum return, by using mathematical economics method. It points out that in the condition of positive correlation between wage rate and individual manpower capital, there are optimal individual education years, and it figures out the correlation between optimal individual education years and initial manpower capital level.
