光谱法定性及半定量测定中国墨汁中的元素

摘要 利用扫描电镜-能量色散X射线光谱法(SEM-EDS)测定中国墨汁中元素种类和含量,不需对墨汁样品进行化学分离,可多元素同时定性及半定量分析,操作简便,分析快捷。测定结果表明,不同的墨汁产品中元素种类和含量有明显差别。采用X射线光电子能谱法(XPS)和X射线衍射法(XRD)对墨汁元素价态和墨汁的元素组成与化合物组成进行了分析,主要含有Na4(CrO4)(SO4)、Na2SO4和NaCl。 Analysis of Chinese ink has been carried out by scanning electronic microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). Preliminary separation of the sample was found to be unnecessary, The method was shown to be simple and rapid, and can be used for qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of many elements simultaneously. It was found that the identities and amounts of elements in different samples of Chinese ink showed significant differences. The chemical constituents of Chinese ink ashes were also analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. It was found that ashed samples of different Chinese ink all contained Na4(CrO4)(SO4), Na2SO4 and NaCl as the major components.
