Egr-1在年龄相关性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的表达

摘要 目的观察早期生长反应因子-1(Egr-1)在年龄相关性白内障晶状体上皮细胞的表达。方法用免疫荧光染色法观察25例(26眼)年龄相关性白内障患者和5例健康人的正常透明晶状体上皮细胞Egr-1蛋白的表达。结果在正常透明的晶状体上皮细胞Egr-1表达微弱,且主要表达在细胞核内;在年龄相关性白内障晶状体上皮细胞Egr-1的表达明显增高,主要定位于细胞浆。结论与正常细胞相比,年龄相关性白内障晶状体上皮细胞Egr-1的表达显著增强。
