CD3^＋T细胞嵌合率与急性移植物抗宿主病关系的研究

摘要 急性移植物抗宿主病（aGVHD）是目前异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）术后，尤其是移植后患者早期死亡的主要原因之一。近年来，国内外研究发现，allo—HSCT后供体细胞快速植入，早期达到供体细胞完全嵌合（FDC）的患者，其aGVHD发生率高，病情重。同时有研究表明，移植后供受者混合嵌合（MC）的患者较FDC患者的移植物抗肿瘤（GVT）效应差，疾病复发率高。近年来国外广泛开展的针对各细胞亚群的系列特异性嵌合率检测的研究，其主要的目的存于寻找GVT与GVHD之间的平衡点，以求最大程度地发挥GVT的功效，避免重度aGVHD的发生，提高移植成功率。
