摘要
目的:观察不锈钢支架封闭乳磨牙髓室底穿孔的临床疗效,评价不锈钢支架用作髓底穿孔屏障材料的作用和牙齿的抗压性以及临床疗效。方法:制作模拟髓室底穿孔模型,分为两组,第一组在模拟髓室底穿孔处只用玻璃离子充填;第二组采用不锈钢支架加玻璃离子充填,测试其抗压强度。选择临床68名(男37例,女31例,年龄5~10岁)乳磨牙髓室底穿孔病例,随机分为两组。对照组用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂封闭穿孔区;实验组在药物封闭的基础上,放置不锈钢支架,观察其临床疗效。结果:有支架组的抗压强度明显高于无支架组(P<0.01);术后1年临床治疗成功率,有支架组明显高于无支架组(P<0.05)。结论:不锈钢支架联合修复乳磨牙髓室底穿孔,即增强了穿孔区充填材料的抗压性,又增加了牙齿的抗压强度,具有较好的治疗效果。
AIM: To observe the clinical effect on sealing perforations of the pulp floor in primary molars with stainless steel braces, and evaluate the function of stainless steel braces as the barrier and the compressive strength of filling materials in perforation areas, as well as the clinical effect. METHODS : The simulated models of perforations in the pulp floor were made. The models were classified into two groups, one was with glass ionomer cement (GIC) and the other filled with glass ionomer cement (GIC) combined with stainless steel braces, and then the compressive strength of them was tested. Sixty - eight clinical cases ( including 37 males and 31 females aged 5 to 10 years) of primary molars with perforated pulp floor were divided into two groups randomly. For one (positive) group, the perforations areas were sealed with catapasm of calcium hydroxide and iodoform, and for the other ( experimental ) group, medication was used to cover perforation areas, and then stainless steel braces were placed on perforations of pulp floor. The efficacy of the two groups were evaluated at last. RESULTS : The compressive strength of the group employing braces was markedly greater than the group without braces(P 〈0.01 ). After one year, the success rate of the group employing braces was significantly higher than the group without braces (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION :Repairing perforations of the pulp floor in primary molars combined with stainless steel braces can strengthen the compression of filling materials in perforation areas, enhance the compressive strength of the teeth, and have the better curative effect.
