严重肝外伤后急性肝功能衰竭成功救治二例

摘要严重肝外伤后合并急性肝功能衰竭（acute liver failure ALF）病情凶险，治疗棘手，病死率高。我院成功抢救严重肝外伤肝切除术后发生ALF2例，现报告如下：
