摘要
目的探讨肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的超声造影灌注特征并与病理对照。方法回顾性分析3例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的超声造影资料并复习文献。结果肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的典型超声造影表现为,造影剂由四周向中心充填,中央放射状纤维瘢痕区域始终无造影剂充填,呈"轮辐状"改变,与病理大体标本表现一致。结论超声造影有助于诊断肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤。
Objective To explore the characteristic of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and pathology of renal oncocytoma.Methods The data of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in three patients with renal oncocytoma diagnosed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Correlative literature was reviewed.Results Typical features of contrast-enhanced ultrasound of renal oncocytoma：ultrasound agent filled model from around to center,with a central star-shaped no filled areas.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound will be useful diagnosis renal oncocytoma.
