摘要
目的:研究薄芝注射液对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:观察84例临床、病理及PCR证实的CA患者,随机分为治疗组和薄芝组,并设12名健康者作为对照组。采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量。结果:治疗1个月后,薄芝组CA患者血清IL-2和IFN-γ含量上升到正常水平。结论:薄芝注射液可以提高CA患者血清IL-2和IFN-γ含量,有助于减少CA的复发。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Bozhi injection on the cell - mediated immtmity in patients. Methods： Eighty- four patients with condyloma acuminatum （CA） were confirmed by clinical characteristics, pathological examination and PCR. They were randomly divided into treatment group and Bozhi group. Twelve health persons were selected as controls. ELISA was carried out to detect the levels of serum IL - 2 and IFN - γ. Results： After a month treatment, the serum IL - 2 and IFN - γ in Bozhi group increased to normal level. Conclusion： Bozhi injection can increase serum level of IL- 2 and IFN - γ and may have a potential role in reducing the recurrence of clinical CA.
