摘要
本文用MM200磨损试验机,以Ni-P-PTFE化学镀层为实例,对表面镀层极限PV值的测试进行了初次尝试.文中提出以摩擦力矩剧烈波动作为镀层破坏标志,分析Ni-P-PTFE的根限PV值变化规律,并对试验方法作了探讨.
With the examples of electroless Ni-P-PTFE composite coating, an attempt on testing the Limit PV Value of surface coating is carried on MM200 wear tester. In this paper, the coating is regarded as being destroyed when friction torque seriously fluctuates. Also the writer analyses the changing law of limit PV Value for Ni - P - PTFE and diseusses the testing method.
