活体右半肝移植的供者术前评估与供肝切取处理技巧

摘要
近年来，活体右半肝移植技术取得突破，已成为治疗成年人终末期肝病的主流术式。由于右半肝在肝脏组成中所占比重较大，对于供者而言，手术风险无疑加大。本文结合作者在日本东京大学附属病院研修的经验，介绍活体右半肝移植的供者术前评估方法及术中处理技术。
