调节性T淋巴细胞在移植免疫耐受中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg细胞)在正常机体维持T淋巴细胞动态平衡和免疫耐受的机制中扮演重要角色。早在70年代初期,Gerson等就提出正常的胸腺中可能存在一群有免疫抑制能力的T淋巴细胞,但是这个观点被国际免疫学界忽略了近20年。
