食管破裂的手术治疗经验 被引量：1

摘要 胸段食管破裂（esophageal rupture，ER）原因主要包括：自发性破裂（Boerhaave’S综合征）、医源性破裂、异物刺穿或撕裂黏膜等。ER是普胸外科急症，误诊率高，发病24h若不能及时救治则预后较差。接诊关键是手术时机、术式选择、围手术期支持治疗等方面。笔者于1999年6月至2005年7月收治了23例胸段食管破裂患者，现报道如下。
