摘要
分析了机床各构件之间的相对运动,并以此为根据,建立了用齐次变换矩阵的乘积来表述机床运动的形状创成函数。应用这一数学模型,可以求出几何误差对机床加工精度的影响。
In this study, the form shaping function which describes the machine motion utilizing homogeneous transformation matrix multiplications is developed based on the analysis of the relative motion of each structural element. By applying proposed function model, the influence of geometric errors om the maching accuracy can be worked out.
