弧面凸轮二维等温挤压成形数值模拟与模具结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 弧面凸轮分度机构制造的关键是弧面凸轮的加工。其传统的加工方法是采用棒料切削加工,材料利用率低,生产效率低,产品成本高。弧面凸轮等温挤压成形是以净成形和近净成形为目标的加工技术。用MSC.Marc软件对弧面凸轮等温挤压成形过程进行了二维模拟,具体分析了不同凹模型腔楔角α对坯料填充性能的影响,为实现弧面凸轮等温挤压成形和优化模具结构提供了重要依据。 The key making the cambered cam indexing institution is globoidal cam processing. Its traditional processing method is bar machining, the utilization rate of materials is low, the productivity is low, the cost of products is high. The objective of processing technology for cambered cam isothermal extrusion forming is net-shape and near-net shape. Using MSC.Marc software, the two-dimensional simulation of isothermal extrusion forming process of globoidal cam was made. The influence of the different model cavity concave wedge angle α on the performance of filling billets was analyzed. It provided an important basis for the realization of cambered cam isothermal compression and the optimization of die structure.
