摘要
基于刚粘塑性有限元理论,采用有限元软件DEFORM3D,对铜母线连续挤压扩展成形过程进行模拟,分析模腔内部金属的流动规律以及温度场、速度场、应力应变场的分布情况。模拟结果表明,金属变形剧烈部位主要集中在挡料块附近和挤压模腔中心区域,上述区域的温度高、应力应变大。模拟结果对实际生产具有很好的指导作用。
The continuous extrusion extending forming process for copper busbar was simulated by FEM software DEFORM3D. The metal flow patterns and the distributions of temperature, velocity, stress and strain fields in the chamber of die were analyzed. The results indicate that the severe deformation area of metal mainly focus on the abutment and the center of extrusion chamber, in which the temperature, strain and stress are higher than that in the others. The simulation results are useful for production manufacture.
