摘要
枝丫类锻件锻造后存在的质量问题——裂纹、端面缩孔、折叠以及参差不齐等缺陷,主要是金属在流动时由于端面温度比较低,截面变化比较大,金属分配不合理以及金属流动困难造成的。为此,对枝丫类锻件进行工艺改进——两个一连,然后把中间圆棒部分拔出,再用气割的方法将其一分为二。工艺改进后,材料减少,原来存在的裂纹、缩口以及接头处参差不齐的问题得到彻底地解决。因此,本方案是切实可行的。
The quality problems exists in furcation part atter forging, such as crack, shrinkage cavity of end face, pucker and etc. The main reasons are as follews: the temperature of end face of valve body is lower and the change of cross sections is greater and the distribution of metal is not irrationality as well as metal flowing is difficult. Through technology improvement to the furcation part ——double forging,after forged the circle bar of middle part, then it was cut into two part with flame cutting method. After technology improvement, the used material reduces, and the crack, shrinkage cavity of end face and puckering don't exist in the furcation part. So the new technology is very feasible for the furcation part.
